4. Payment Terms

VoidDragon operates on a pay-per-result model. Clients are charged only for qualified leads that respond to outreach campaigns. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, VoidDragon does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

VoidDragon's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. VoidDragon reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately for violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

VoidDragon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the service platform.
